PRACTELL: The Complete Teller Training Solution
PRACTELL is a complete, ready-to-use teller-training package that
can benefit both the inexperienced and experienced teller. The Teller’s
Workbook incorporates seven modules of “hands-on” training tools designed to
fit your individual learning pace. Upon completion of PRACTELL, you will
understand the principles of tellering as well as your institution’s services
and specific ways of handling transactions. There are three components of
PRACTELL including the:

The Teller’s Workbook covers over 130 transactions, from simple
to complex. It includes principles of tellering, check cashing, deposits,
selling special services, loan payments, compliance, and risky/tricky
transactions. There are over 200 questions for basics of tellering, and much
more! A dummy cash drawer is provided and you will have the experience of
balancing three times using the workbook and once using the test packet.
The Trainer’s Manual is ready to use with guidance on how to
implement PRACTELL in a self-paced, on-the-job, or classroom setting. The
Trainer’s Manual can also be used as the basis for your institution’s Teller
Policy and Procedure Manual.
The Final Test Packet contains over 35 representative
transactions to evaluate skills. It allows the trainer to document your
strengths and problems, providing you with the opportunity to review and
increase skills in any areas you are uncomfortable with.
